What are my payment options?
You can use any major credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Remember your card will be charged at the time you place your order and NOT when your order has shipped.
What is your shipping policy?
You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order. All items ship within 3-5 business days unless other wise stated or due to special order or pre-order items. Shipping charges will be based on the amount of your purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday will not ship until Tuesday of the following week by 5:00 PM.
Do you Ship Internationally?
At this time we do not offer international shipping...sorry!
What happens once my order has shipped?
You will receive an email and you will always receive a tracking number so you will know exactly when your purchase will arrive. Please note that transit times vary and could take up to 14 business days to receive your package.
What is your return policy? What if a product arrives damaged?
We do NOT accept returns so please make sure you purchase carefully and are completely confident with your decision. BUT if there is a problem and an item arrives damaged please let us know within 3 days by calling 386-328-7502. We will be happy to replace or exchange the item if necessary. We work very hard to package items with care, but unfortunately issues can occur during transit. If your order is received damaged please do the following:
1. Email photos of damaged item(s) and packaging to email@example.com also include your name and order number.
2. We will respond to you within 48 hours letting you know how to proceed further.
